About Pregnant and New Mom Self Care Group

Friday mornings, beginning August 12 from 9 - 10:30 am in Murfreesboro/Smyrna. Please call to register. We will have a light breakfast, a brags and gripes session, a brief lesson or speaker, discussions and of course time to chat with other moms! Babies welcome but not required.
