Oui, oui! Learn French with your tots this fall in West Nashville.

Looking for a new educational outing to do with your little one? Consider Triangle Play, a bilingual English/French program at A New Leaf in West Nashville.

WHAT IS TRIANGLE PLAY?

Triangle Play is a unique playgroup experience focusing on the importance of a child’s learning activities. There is a focus on interaction with three influences: parent/caregiver, teacher and a prepared environment.

The program is for ages 1 – 5. As youngsters become more comfortable, parents have the option to step out to encourage their child to experience interdependence with other members of the community.

French in the Park is part of the program. Through this join effort, youngsters study the language of color, plants, water and animals with the French language.

This fall, the program incorporates a series of activities around familiar objects to learn basic vocabulary, greetings and counting. Kids learn through games, songs, books and more. In addition, arts and science are interwoven into the experience.

The program is available in fall, winter and spring quarters. It takes place Fridays from 8 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. Tuition is $340 per child per quarter, and a snack is included.

The fall semester begins Friday, Sept. 7. A New Leaf is located at 7520 Charlotte Pike, Nashville. For more info, call 615-352-0881. Click HERE to register.
