When even your kids are tired of looking at the screen all day, it’s time to get involved in a fun fitness class to keep their bodies healthy and fit.

One remedy to all the fuss being made about kids being overweight: Start them early with a fun fitness class so they can learn how good it is to get the body moving! The following area programs are geared specifically with the idea of physical fitness in mind. Please note: This listing does not include dance classes for children.
