FREE Kids’ Safety Day

There's so much a child can learn that at the FREE Kids' Safety Day happening Saturday, May 5 at the Smyrna Outdoor Adventure Center.

Alleviate your worries about your child’s safety by making sure she knows how to stay safe. Kids can get in-the-know during the free Kids’ Safety Day on Saturday, May 5 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

This family-friendly community event aims to increase the awareness of child safety issues and features important safety education for kids of all ages. Activities include a bike obstacle course (must bring your own bike to participate), inflatable activities, safe animal encounters, character encounters, rock wall climbing, arts and crafts, dangerous driving simulations, hunting safety, seat belt safety, pool safety, fire safety, gun safety, wellness education and more.

In addition to all the fun activities, there will be free bike helmets provided to the first 300 children in attendance as well as drawings for free bicycles provided by the Town of Smyrna and area community businesses.
