Pork Belly Farmhouse's inaugural event, which benefits the Nolensville Food Pantry, gives you a fabulous meal with specially curated wines.

It’s the time of giving and you can help feed those in need this year at Pork Belly Farmhouse. It’s the inaugural “Nourish Our Neighbors” Wine Dinner on Tuesday, Dec. 18 at 6 p.m. This exclusive event at Pork Belly Farmhouse features fine wine and unique food pairings with 50 percent of the event’s proceeds benefiting the Nolensville Food Pantry. But hurry, there are only 40 tickets available for purchase.

“We’re honored to partner with Nolensville Food Pantry for our first annual ‘Nourish Our Neighbors’ wine dinner,” said Chris Chwirut and Kristian Morgan, owners Pork Belly Farmhouse. “We’re big believers in their mission to the feed the hungry, and we look forward to the community celebrating the holiday season with us for this great cause.”

Nourish Our Neighbors

During “Nourish Our Neighbors,” a curated wine list accompanies the night’s meal. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, including Beet Cured Salmon Belly, Lightly Smoked Oysters, and Quail Egg & Scallop Benedict, along with a selection of sparkling wines, including Domaine Carneros Cuvee De La Pompadour Brut Rose, and Louis Jadot Bourgogne Blanc 2016. The starter course consists of Seared Mustard Pork Cheek, paired with a St Francis Sonoma County 2015 Pinor Noir. The evening’s main course of Spiced Short Rib features Mullan Road Cellars Columbia Valley Red Wine Blend 2014. Pastry Chef Megan Alexander offers a Spiced White Chocolate Opera Torte with Poema Cava Dulce Metodo Tradicional for dessert.
