New karate club — Nashville Shotokan Karate — is forming classes now for both kids (ages 5 and older) and adults!
Put your child’s energy to good use. Sign ’em up for the newest club in the Williamson and Davidson County area, Nashville Shotokan Karate. It’s open to ages 5 and older, too. Kids’ classes take place Tue – Fri from 6 – 7 p.m.
Instructor Nataliya Pidkovka, Ph.D., started practicing karate in Ukraine in 1993. She received her Sho-Dan (1st degree black belt) from Sensej Hirokazu Kanazawa, Shotokan Karate-do International Federation. Nataliya’s Ni-Dan (2nd degree black belt) was certified by Sensej Teruyuki Okazaki, International Shotokan Karate Federation/Japan Karate Association in 2006 (USA).
Don’t worry adults. There’s a class for you, too. Adult classes begin Wednesday, July 18 and take place Wednesdays from 7 – 8 p.m. and Sundays from 9 – 10 a.m.
