Come check out the new Technology Engagement Center in Murfreesboro and see what all it has to offer during it's grand opening on July 18.

Next week, the Rutherford County Library System hosts its grand opening for the Technology Engagement Center (TEC). All you need to get in to this new facility is your Linebaugh Library card. It’s on the campus of Hobgood Elementary school, in the heart of Murfreesboro. The TEC is a building for education, exploration and inspiration. It features computers, tablets, eReaders and 3D printers all ready for you to explore. Some offerings may only be available depending upon your age. There’s also free WiFi and use of the computers. Bring the kids when you go, too. Whether it’s computer or crafts, there’s something for every child in the community. Children can participate in group activities and individual learning here, most of which are free of charge.

Celebrate with them during the grand opening and ribbon cutting of this wonderful new community resource on Wednesday, July 18 at 10 a.m.

TEC is located at 306 Minerva Drive, Murfreesboro. Learn more at rutherfordcountytec.org.
