R.E.A.D.ing Paws is Today!

by |

Encourage a love of reading by letting your child read to a cute little doggy during READing Paws in Murfreesboro.

Is your child shy about reading in front of the class? Maybe a little practice with some furry friends can help. Come on out to Linebaugh Library’s R.E.A.D.ing Paws program today (Monday, Dec. 3) from 3:30 – 5 p.m. This program allows children to read aloud to Reading Education Assistance Dogs (R.E.A.D.) to help them develop skills and confidence. Anyone can read with Stevie, who enjoys being read to. Kids love animals and reading to them could be the just what they need.

Please call or stop by the library to register for your child’s spot to read to Stevie. If you don’t get to participate today, R.E.A.D.ing Paws happens the first Monday of each month.

Linebaugh Library is located at 105 W. Vine St., Murfreesboro. Visit them online at rclstn.org/events/reading-paws.
