Kids can explore the rainforest up close in Murfreesboro through the Discovery Center’s newest exhibit, Rainforest Adventure. Kids can swing like a spider monkey. Discover a rodent that weighs more than 100 pounds. Learn about a beetle that can carry more than 850 times its own weight. Explore one of the least known habitats on earth in a fully interactive maze exhibit, chock full of the sights and sounds of a tropical rainforest. You’ll learn about migratory birds and radiant sunlight from treetops all the way down to the forest floor.
