Lighter Skillet Beef & Vegetables - Recipes

What You’ll Need

3/4 pound extra lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Fat Free Beef Gravy
1 package (about 9 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 cups rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions without salt (about 2 cups)

How to Make It

  • Cook the beef, onion, basil and garlic powder in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  • Stir the gravy and vegetables in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in the rotini and cook until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling.
