USA Baby Going Out of Biz

by |

After 17 years, USA Baby is closing its doors, with hopes of growing a spot within a smaller space in a new location.

Another local business is closing. USA Baby & Big Kids, Too! will lock its doors at its current location after a successful 17 years. Hurry on over to the store, located at 113 Murfreesboro Road in Franklin for HUGE savings on baby and kid’s merchandise and store fixtures. In addition to deep cuts on merchandise in the store, owners Chris White and Steve Craddock are honoring all furniture orders currently in place with customers.
“We will fulfill all orders at our current location through April 30, 2018,” says White ” And then from a temporary warehouse location if necessary,” he adds.
The owners hope to continue working with USA Baby’s vendors, thanks to good working relationships. They are looking to “piggy back” the store within a space for their Happy Backyards business.

Happy Backyards Seeks New Home

Happy Backyards is currently located within the USA Baby space at 113 Murfreesboro Road, but the backyard play set business is being relocated to an as yet undisclosed location (stay tuned). The owners hope to include a smaller area within the new Happy Backyards space in order to keep USA Baby going.
“If and when we find a new space, USA Baby will have a much smaller area displaying only a few of our top baby and kids furniture collections,” White says. “We will keep all of our customers up to date with new information on our plans as we have them.”
For now, customers can still order complete rooms of furniture or toddler rail, full bed rails and dressers to complete rooms.
