Experience a little local tourism with a special rate for Tennesseans through March 31, 2019.

If your family has yet to experience Madame Tussauds infamous wax museum located inside Opry Mills, now’s the time to go. The world-class museum known for immortalizing celebrities in wax is offering a special discount to Tennessee residents.

Now through March 31, 2019, you can get into the museum for $10 (regular walk-up admission is $24), a nice savings for families. To get the discount, just show your Tennessee driver’s license or state-issued ID.

Whereas other Madame Tussauds locations offer a variety of wax celebrities from all aspects of the entertainment business (along with political figures), Nashville’s museum is unique. It only showcases music stars.

You’ll see country faves like Taylor Swift, Reba, Carrie Underwood, Johnny Cash, Luke Bryan and Keith Urban. In addition, you’ll come across legends like Bob Dylan, Ozzy Osbourne and Bruce Springsteen. Among the pop sensations are Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars and Beyonce.

Kids will surely love the newest addition to the collection — Alvin and the Chipmunks.

The museum is open during Opry Mills operating hours — Mon – Sat 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sun 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

The museum is located at 515 Opry Mills Drive, Nashville. Call 866-841-3263 or visit madametussauds.com/nashville/en.
